The raw capability is already here. Foundation models can reason, generate, and perceive — but capability alone isn't utility. There's a vast, underfilled space between what models can do and what they actually do for us. We live in that gap.
We don't train from scratch. We sculpt what exists — composing, prompting, fine-tuning, and orchestrating models into new configurations. Think of it as applied topology: taking a shape and bending it until it fits the contour of a real problem. Every prototype is a hypothesis about a better interface between human intent and machine capability.
